Life can be pretty stressful sometimes. Well, let's be honest here; life is stressful almost all the time. The good thing about it is that stress can be dealt with. The downside of it is that it takes a huge toll on your mental as well as physical health. That is why it is so important not to just ignore it when it does come up in life.  A couple of weeks ago I started feeling a lot more stressed than usual.
